I have total of 8 years experience in data entry and customer service job.
I have even worked with companies like Aegis limited as Customer care executive and also with atria convergence technologies limited in usage and revenue process with Senior executive posotion.
My job responsibilities
• Worked in Usage and Revenue Process were we have to generate revenue by targeting the customers based on their Usage and ARPU
• Daily we need to Analyze and monitor customer data usage and take the report accordingly and then upgrade the customer to a Data plan that meets is Requirement.
• Addressing customer grievances by reviewing and identifying the root cause of his service issue and forwarding it to service delivery team.
• Understand customer expectation clearly through effective probing
• Understand and even upgrade product and process knowledge to meet required standards of customer resolution on an ongoing basis
• Document reasons for customer dissatisfaction for all the queries and the challenges faced
• Look for areas of improvement in the process and provide insights to Supervisors to enhance customer delight
