My guiding principle is to do it for the challenge of helping others and learning new skills, not totally motivated by money and title. I do believe as a Leader I should lead by example by doing the groundwork and by implementing best practices at work. I do keep this desire for growth, challenge, or simply the fulfillment I get on new responsibilities or from building up and helping others.
