Fractional COO Services – Provide expertise on a part-time basis, focusing on specific initiatives while leveraging existing leadership. This engagement is typically a specific number of hours per week. 

            Project Management ­- Lead and manage key business projects from initiation to completion; Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables; Develop project timelines and allocate resources effectively; Monitor project progress and manage risks; Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Operational Assessment & Strategy - Conduct thorough assessments of current operational processes; Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement; Recommend, implement, and document process optimization strategies; Ensure alignment of operational goals with overall business objectives.

Team Management & Development - Assess organizational staffing structure, team effectiveness, and implement performance improvement initiatives as needed; Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement via team and individual meetings; Able to serve as a mentor for employees newly tasked with HR, Operations, IT, DEI, Facilities, File Management, and Administration oversight responsibilities.
