Hi, I am looking for work as Application/Customer Support(Email support only). I have 3 years of experience as a Application support engineer. I have a good knowledge of handling tickets through Zendesk. Currently providing support for the web compliance courses for the SAI Global clients. Providing proper troubleshooting to user if user have issues during accessing the course, manually update users details and also updating the user’s course completion status in database. Taking timely follow up with the users that there problem was resolved or not. Also escalating major issues to client’s program manager or program specialist so that we provide better resolution to all users.
