Previously I was working for Samsung India. as a Technical Support Engineer and their i got an experience and enough knowledge how to provide support to our customer. Samsung tought me how to handle customer and make them happy. I got an enough skill of customer handling. In Samsung I handle mostly those customer having issues with the mobile phones. Then I got a chance to work for SAI Global as Application Support Engineer and i am still working.Here I am providing proper troubleshooting to user if they are facing any kind of issue during accessing the course, manually update users details and also updating the user’s course completion status in database. Taking timely follow up with the users that there problem was resolved or not. Also escalating major issues to client’s program manager or program specialist so that we provide better resolution to all users.
Work Terms
I will ready to work daily for 2-3 hours after my office hour. I am always available over the email.
