I previously worked as a customer service representative for more than 3 years and the job entails data entry. As a CSR I am required to be fast and multitask. I am responsible for fill out an online application form for the customers and submit it along with all the necessary documentation about the application. I am also required to come up with a voice recording with the customers if they would like to renew their service. In addition to that, I was also trained by my previous company to handle back office tasks when that department lacked manpower. I can type fast. I can do 50 WPM.
