- answering calls and providing information for student queries

- updating information that's needed
- monitoring company emails and replying to them
- posting jobs on Indeed and calling applicants for a preliminary interview
- I am also trained for being a client manager and communicate with marketing as well with the IT Manager
- updating the schedule in the calendar and reminding the boss (for events or personal)
- updating personal money spent on a sheet
- checking class materials to be used under google classroom and updating if there is a need to
- creating flyers (basic)
- adding content (basic)
- social media admin
- content editor
- website corrector
- any additional task provided
