I am a Virtual Assistant for more than a year and taking the load off your shoulder is definitely a promise!

Well, I am new to the Virtual Assistant world unlike others but I believe I am competent enough to handle and complete my task with a satisfying and excellent outcome. Otherwise, I won't be staying this long as a Freelancer. Aside from that, here are some of my work experiences:

- More than a year of Administrative Assistant|Sales|Personal Assistant in a Nursing School in Florida, assisting students while being your boss's personal assistant could be challenging but it's worth it especially when working on tasks that are completed successfully.

- More than four years as a Call Centre Agent in a large telecommunication company in the US in which providing customer satisfaction is the most vital. Proper communication skills, understanding your customer, and resolving a customer issue are some things that you needed to master while handling a customer.

- Two years in Hotel Industry as a Cashier/Waitress and providing direct customer service and satisfaction are crucial since you are facing the customer face to face. Seeing your customer smiling and thanking you because of being satisfied is really food for the soul.
