I have over 15 years working in restaurants, hotels, retirement residences in both the front and back of the house. I'm a Red Seal Chef with a concentration in Classical French cuisine. Over the years I have completed a diploma in Hospitality Management, and I'm currently completing my bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. My main ares of expertise are menu development, menu engineering, as well as recipe development and revenue management in food and beverage outlets.
