Food and Beverage professional with a passion and keen eye for quality menu development, menu engineering, and revenue management within the hospitality industry
I'm a Red Seal Chef with more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry in high-end hotels, restaurants and retirement residences. I have a passion for menus and reinventing them to maximize their profitability (aka menu engineering). I also have a passion for revenue management within food and beverage outlets; searching out ways to effectively trim costs without compromising quality and maximizing revenues. I also have extensive experience in commercial baking, as well as 3D cake decorating and recipe manipulation and extrapolation.
I have a diploma with honors in Hospitality Management with an emphasis on hotels and restaurants, and I'm currently in the process of completing my bachelors in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
