I am a senior HR professional/manager, specialized in employee well being, motivation and employee engagement. I have worked in high performance organizations across several industries in the Netherlands, France, Switzerland and Greece. On a strategic and tactical level I have initiated and led programs on cultural change, leadership and the creation of a healthy working place, all of them based on data-driven knowledge, HR models and a thorough understanding of change mechanisms.
