Strategic planning, change leadership, employee engagement, and innovative approaches to knowledge management are effective pathways to improving organizational performance and the foundation of my practice. Core competencies: Organization-wide or business unit level strategic and business planning; implementation support for strategies and business plans including leadership development programs and team effectiveness initiatives; on-ground and e-learning course design, training, and meeting facilitation for corporate audiences and MBA students; and talent management processes including employee surveys, competency models, performance management systems, talent review, career planning, and development planning.
