I have extensive survey development, administration, and analysis experience for populations ranging from less than 100 to several hundred thousand, covering a variety of topic areas. As an adjunct faculty member at a nationally recognized MS in Organization Development program, I teach an applied research course that focuses on the various methodologies and practices involved in qualitative (e.g., interview, observation, focus groups, analysis) and quantitative (e.g., survey design, descriptive and inferential statistics) research. I have extensive organizational consulting and applied research experience in the human capital and social sciences arenas that includes work in both Federal and commercial sector organizations.
