As a people connector, I help job seekers and organizations create win-win situations. This is done through playing matchmaker (i.e. recruiter) as well as coaching clients in the job description writing process. In some cases, I help clients write job descriptions based on the required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics. In the past, I have worked with organizations in developing HR policies and procedures that served to better structure recruitment and performance management processes. My past experience also included work in volunteer recruitment and employee on-boarding.
