I come from a Human Resources background with expertise in corporate training and recruitment. Coaching and teaching come naturally to me. My industry experience includes working in the learning and development field for companies like Coca Cola and the largest yoga chain in Canada. Gifted with research and public speaking skills, I consider myself as a well-rounded training professional who can develop and deliver training.
