I've had years of experience in the Customer Service world. I started as an agent for a BPO Company, and eventually moved my way up to the Learning & Development space as a Trainer. Being able to see different opportunities to become successful, I was able to harness new skills, such as hosting and managing events, facilitating leadership workshops and coming up with strategic plans to help the business. I bring this experience with me as I hope to find additional job which can help me save up for my goals, while still doing my regular job. My years of experience in a customer-centric company will help me deliver results and exceed expectations in this industry. I am an advocate of the fact that we are all here to Help each other.
