I've had years of experience in the Customer Service world. I started as an agent for a BPO Company, and eventually moved my way up to the Learning & Development space as a Trainer. After a couple of years, I've moved up as the People & Culture Manager for the team. As P&C Manager, I took care of 3 functions:
1. Soft Skills / Leadership Training
2. Staff / Employee Engagement
3. Recruitment

Being able to see different opportunities to become successful, I was able to harness new skills, such as hosting and managing events, facilitating leadership workshops and coming up with strategic plans to help the business.

I bring this experience with me as I hope to find additional job which can help me save up for my goals, while still doing my regular job. My years of experience in a customer-centric company will help me deliver results and exceed expectations in this industry.

I am an advocate of the fact that we are all here to Help each other. Regardless of what industry you work for, we do things to help ourselves, our families, friends and even strangers. We are all customers and this mindset is what makes each business grow.
