I work remotely to analyse IT Support/ Helpdesk and/or DevOps BAU support processes against your prefered methodology, standard or other regulatory requirements or policies (usually, ISO/IEC20000 or COBIT 5). You receive a SWOT analysis, a maturity rating for each process domain and suggested areas for improvement. This is useful for to address ongoing IT issues, designing mergers of two IT departments, assessing capability and maturity before purchasing or engaging a software company, preparing for audits, or general service improvement. Suggested duration: 5 days (8 hours per day), min duration 1 day. The duration will determine how thorough the assessment is. I require virtual meetings with key role players and secured access to relevant documentation and records via an online portal for the duration of the engagement. The assessment is usually delivered within 3 working days, subject to the complexity of the scope.
