Over the last 25+ years, Caroline has worked with more than 18 ICT organisations/departments on countless IT system projects and IT governance programmes in South Africa, Ireland, the USA and Qatar.
As a consultant to large organisations, she spent 10-years conducting IT process assessments and driving successful process improvement & compliance programs. Her technical roots in IT development, systems architecture and IT support, means she has first-hand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities that technological change presents to organisations, their staff and suppliers.
She brings together experience in Information Management, Technology & Systems Management, Compliance Risk Management, Communications Management and process improvement know-how. Her degree in Communication Sciences uniquely places her to design and implement organisational change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of systems and new ways of working.
