I have 22yrs of experience working in the IT industry. I'm currently a Level-2 Systems Analyst and have held positions of Senior Network Support Technician and Associate Systems Analyst. My strength lies in investigating, troubleshooting and resolving problems with physical hardware, software solutions, enterprise network environments, Microsoft Active Directory management, Microsoft Exchange Server management, Backup Exec solutions, AirWatch MDM management and many other IT related fields. I hold both a bachelors and masters degrees in Information Technology.
