I am an IT support assistant from past 3 years working with Swedish Company and during my work time I used to Install and support of various operating systems, e.g. Windows & MacOS.
Configuration of Windows and MAC laptops for new and existing employees.
Being a part of a 24/7 on-call support team to assist staff.
Handling support tickets on Jira and maintaining a knowledge base for FAQs on Confluence.
Escalation management of support tickets to L2 & L3 support teams of the external vendors.
With that all work I also get training of Microsoft Azure 104, AWS essentials.
