Prepares and edits documentation incorporating information provided by the client, specialists, analysts, engineers, and operations personnel. Analyzes and evaluates existing business processes and procedures in business / functional areas; identifies problems; and develops solutions that achieve optimum performance and cost effectiveness. Assist in the evaluation, redesign and re-engineering of current business processes to ensure effective and efficient use of business information technology and resources to improve process performance. Recommends cost-effective solutions to meet management goals.
