- Has lead large and complex IT projects ($65K - $30M) including technical, business, and training components
- Elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation of requirements for information systems
- Ability to write detailed software/systems requirements specifications that describe functional, operational, technical and transitional requirements
- Creation of modeling diagrams such as swim lanes, activity flow diagrams, and business and data models
- Fifteen (15) years’ experience in Requirements Development & Management (RDM)
- Fifteen (15) years’ experience Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
- Fifteen (15) years’ experience Business Process Engineering/Re-engineering
- Application Programming expertise (13 years) provide foundation for well-rounded business analysis and requirements development skills
- Experience (22 years) in software development frameworks and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Waterfall/Agile Hybrid , Scrum, FDD, Lean, PMBOK)
- Development (7 years) of Agile User Stores
- Development (18 years) UML Specifications Use Case, Communication, Structure, Sequence, and State Machine Diagrams
- Ability to manage multiple projects across diverse missions
- Strong knowledge and experience (13 years) in database, web and application development
- Experience in utilizing development methodologies such as System/Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to facilitate project fulfillment and delivery
