Majority of my practice has concentrated on guiding clients who are in their twenties and thirties who may be experiencing major milestones in their careers and personal lives.With my background as a mental health practitioner, I bring a unique perspective to coaching that is based on compassionate inquiry, reflection, empathy and a strength and growth focused approach.
