I have over 15 years of experience supporting and helping individuals to work in areas that have been challenging for them. I work with clients who want to address various aspects of their life including relationships, health and personal fulfillment. With thousands of hours of client work, I bring a wealth of experience that encompasses clients of all ages across the globe. Majority of my practice has concentrated on guiding clients who are in their twenties and thirties who may be experiencing major milestones in their careers and personal lives.


With my background as a mental health practitioner, I bring a unique perspective to coaching that is based on compassionate inquiry, reflection, empathy and a strength and growth focused approach. I bring this way of working in the various hats I wear – as a coach, a trainer and a clinical supervisor.
