• Working for clients from the USA and Canada in different segments (financial services, retail, health, energy industry, public sector, to name a few), both B2C and B2B;
• Managing Marketing Cloud solutions (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Selligent, Responsys, among others);
• Setting up multi-channel journeys, with different levels of complexity, bearing in mind the clients' needs;
• Writing and running SQL queries in order to create target audiences;
• Setting up emails (images, links, personalization, renders) using programming language;
• Planning and running IP warm-up strategies to increase email reputation.
