I create, direct, and consult on various marketing efforts and associated communications materials (including pay-per-click web ads, TV, radio, print, web, and social media campaigns) for multiple clients including Bentley Baths (www.bentleybaths.com), a national provider of walk-in tubs and other aging-in-place equipment and aids, with separate campaigns devoted to veteran assistance, new product lines, and referral programs, among others. These initiatives have contributed to a 20+% monthly average increase in lead generation activity that initially occurred within one month of being hired and continues to increase. I've also assisted in planning and documenting the operational side of the business, including the development of workflow charts and operations manuals, with the eventual goal of franchising this opportunity. I also consult for several other companies including IW Group LLC, where as Editor-in-Chief of various Wordpress-based blogs (including MJBrander.com) I've created, administered, edited, and written widely read content, and Educational Measures (www.educationalmeasures.com), where as a Lead and Support Technician, I've developed and administered on-site technical services for medical and financial services meetings and conferences worldwide by setting up private networks, providing related audio/visual services, enabling iPad and keypad access to those networks for end users, and collecting live user data (ARS questions, continuing education forms, etc.) for lead analysis and generation initiatives.
