• End to End process including ordering for hardware installation, configuration and decommission of the servers.
• Good experience in Installing, Configuring, analysis, maintenance and troubleshooting Active Directory servers.
• Bitlocker Management using MBAM
• Knowledge of AD Groups, OU, File and folder permissions, DNS, DHCP and group management & policy Managing User Active Directory with permission strategy.
• Knowledge of using WDS and WSUS server and patches management.
➢ Database:
• Database manage, backup & restore with different tools like SQL Server, MySql, SQLYog etc.
➢ Bio Matric Devices:
• Knowledge of ZKTeco and Matrix Biometric devices with Time Attendance System, Data Backup and restore, Door Access control and permissions
➢ Network Printer:
• Good experience in installing Network Printer with user based authentication, Email bases Scanning system.
➢ Mail Services: (Google Apps and Office 365/Exchange)
• Email Migration form one mail server to another
• Administration and manage accounts with group and forwarders functions.
• Troubleshooting connectivity and migration related issues.
• Experience in Barracuda Mail Archiving tool
➢ Wireless System through Access Point:
• Installing and managing Access Points to cover office premises with end to end security, bandwidth limitation
• Set permissions, user restriction by mac id through controller
➢ ManageEngine Service Desk
• Having hands-on experience in Manage Engine Service Desk IT Service Desk Software.
• Hands-on experience in upgrading Service Desk 9.1 to Service Desk 10.5 and restoring all the data including tickets, templates, basic settings, roles, policies, AD Users by syncing LDAP.
➢ Single Sign On Configuration with OKTA
• Configuration of SSO with various protocols like SAML, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect.
• Sync Active Directory users with OKTA through AD Connector and providing provisioning to multiple users and multiple applications.
