I am an experienced offshore non-contingency collections associate for a large department store based in United States. My responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Collect payments for overdue credit accounts. - Update account holder's billing information. - Discuss billing information to customers i.e. billing charges, purchases, available credits, returns, etc. - Provide maximum and/or minimum allowable credits to a customer's account i.e. reversals of late fees or interest charges - Exceed clients' needs, requirements, and satisfaction by providing excellent customer service - Perform beyond expected target to be on top agents and be included high-bonus ranking
