Hi there!
I have experience in assisting U.S. customers and was trained in a large call center company in the Philippines.
Essentially, I believe that active listening and comprehension skills based on customers' needs results to a successful customer satisfaction. In addition to that I see to it that my customers are enlightened, happy, and worry-free by ensuring their concerns are properly addressed and quickly resolved.
I dedicate myself to work and is goal-oriented in every task I do. I put high importance in meeting schedules as I believe that 'A time well-managed is a time well-spent.' I see to it that my work is done on time or is made even before the given deadline without compromising quality. I have a winning attitude towards work; I learned that in order to be successful, you must not quit so you won't lose.
