I have been a customer support agent for over 8 years working in different call centers before I decided to work from home entirely. I am proficient in using Microsoft Office , Google Docs and any social media sites. I am hard-working, dependable, goal-oriented, trustworthy and detail-oriented. I am able to learn quickly and understand technical aspects of products and services. I can speak and write English very well. I am also knowledgeable with emails. Definitely, I am flexible to different work hours. I had a back office data entry experience enrolling health insurance members in the system. I had a training in the US for that. Other experiences were mostly customer service from other call centers.
