I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science major in Computer Management. I worked in different call centers for over eight years before I tried to work as a freelancer so I can take care of my mom and my kids personally. I had worked in Upwork since 2009 in Upwork and had been a top agent and got a very good feedback from my clients I've worked with. I'm just trying to find work here as well.
I had worked as a researcher, personal assistant, VA, data entry and some customer service support and personal assistant to a publishing company which I do promotions and reviews in Amazon and other sites. I have worked as a Shopify data entry specialist creating as store from scratch and entering items from Oberlo and Aliepress. I have been a travel agent and finding flights for my clients, booking calendar events, etc. I am proficient in using Microsoft Office , Skype, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Dropbox and any social media sites. I had experience with getting information in many listings such as Yellow Pages, Craigslist, etc. I also have little knowledge of Zendesk.
Work Terms
I can work 5 days a week any day and the time is between 8AM to 12AM Philippine time.
