I carry 15+ years of work experience in Mortgage, Training, Credit and Collections and financial services. My last designation was of Assistant Manager with Ocwen financial services where I have worked for last 7+ years. I was involved in two transitions as an Assistant manager and Team lead, wherein one was 77 seater and the other was 11. I also have experience in process training and quality. I have hands-on experience in building and preparing weekly/monthly/yearly reports for management and HR purpose along with dashboards, I have also created and maintained ICP (incentive compensation plan) and pay-outs for the department with regular reviews and changes. Prepare and present performance review both individual and department wise and monitor performance improvement plans if required. Hands on experience in maintaining staffing module and governance for the department. Maintain policies and procedures for the department along with training manual and regular review and update of the same. Involved in conducting a gap analysis for the department and basis the report develop and implement staff development, training, and process improvement plans.
