My industry experience is varied, but with a concentration in Information Technology and Professional Services. As CFO for two federal government IT contractors, I have a comprehensive knowledge of FAR/DFARS, CAS, DCAA requirements, GSA schedules and other BPAs, and all contract types including Cost Plus, T&M/Labor Hour, and Fixed Price. I have developed and maintained indirect cost factors and rates, and led successful cost proposal efforts for procurements valued in excess of $10 million.I have outstanding oral and written communication skills, and an ability to work effectively with personnel at all organizational levels and cultural backgrounds.
