I am very organized, I recognize that time is an invaluable asset that must be managed intentionally, and that it is crucial to pay attention to the details. My background encompasses a balance of customer support, vendor management, and account management, so I am used to observing varying angles of interactions with products and services, and in turn, providing unique insights and empathizing with the user experience on a spectrum. After studying both business and psychology, I find consumer behavior fascinating and continually aim to understand the underlying motivators of decision making and why platforms fail or succeed.
