With years of experience in the start-up world, I know the importance of being able to wear multiple different hats on any given day. I enjoy a challenge and believe that possessing a strong work ethic and discipline can open many doors. I have strong relationship building skills and love listening to and encouraging others. I am very organized, I recognize that time is an invaluable asset that must be managed intentionally, and that it is crucial to pay attention to the details. My background encompasses a balance of customer support, vendor management, and account management, so I am used to observing varying angles of interaction with products and services, being able to provide unique insights and empathize with the user experience on a spectrum. After studying both business and psychology, I find consumer behavior fascinating and continually aim to understand the underlying motivators of decision making and why platforms fail or succeed.
