- Create and send sales order to customers in the United States, Canada and Europe - Review previous documents such as Master SaaS Agreement, Service Level Agreement, Terms and Conditions, Sales Orders and Amendments for legality and effectivity - Coordinate with Finance Department, Legal Department, Customer Success Managers, General Manager and customers if necessary - Analyze, compare, dispute and update record if there is any discrepancy from previous records - Salesforce, Steelbrick and Conga/DocuSign management - Weekly renewal progress meeting and reporting for every product line with the General Manager and Customer Success Managers - Handle Zendesk inquiries - Email handling
