My wide range of expertise will help me help you do the business.
My profile here does not look much yet. Although I have been a remote worker since 2015, it was on a different platform. Since I started as a freelancer/remote worker, I had several projects and two long term employment that lasted for three years. One, as an Administrative Assistant to a Cyber Security guru. Second, as an Order Management Specialist to a software company operating widely in the US, Canada and Europe.
Prior to working remotely, I was a customer services representative at a BPO company catering to customers from the US for customer related concerns.
I believe wherever you choose to work. Knowing how to communicate well is the key. Not only in terms of speaking, but also in terms of knowing how to really listen to what the other person has to say. It is very important to hear them first and know what the concern is before assuming halfway of the conversation. When we know exactly what the concern is. We can put ourselves in their shoes. Good conversation is not only to showcase your ability to speak, but also your ability to really listen to other peoples ideas and instructions. Only then, we can suggest and work on it.
One other great key that we should never disregard is the power of product knowledge. When we know exactly what they need and the answer to their concern. The other person will feel the kind of ownership we put to the situation. Then that's the time they will comfortable to give us their trust. Then we can work on the tasks given to us with all the knowledge and the new learnings.
Work Terms
I work 40 hours a week following the time zone of my employer. I prefer getting paid weekly or bi-monthly if it is for a long term employment. I mainly use Skype and Email to communicate but open to other suggested communication if necessary.
