This was Dave & I's first time using Guru for a project. Dave was very easy to communicate with as there was no Language barrier because we both speak fluent English. Dave was able to take my home brewed Excel document that graphed out data after I manually pasted in data & convert it into an application that unwrapped zipped up logs files & graphed out the data using an open source charting library with use of MySQL on the back end. I personally requested this be done via Ruby on RAils & he made it happen. Although I knew nothing of databases & scripting, Dave was able to ask me various question on my ultimate goals & creatively made it work. I have no question on Dave's personal skillset; I recommend writing up a technical document that specifically states what you want accomplished before hand. If Dave, has any questions or concerns he will advise you on best practices while trying to maintain your vision of the application. The net is that I will be working with Dave again & highly recommend him for your next project.
