- in-person personal training - all ages welcome! I’m help you lose unwanted pounds, increase muscle strength, balance or flexibility, or you can get stronger and increase muscle mass. I have experience with younger and older population and also helping to get into regular lifestyle after injury or surgery rehab.
- remote personal training is available anywhere & anytime. I help busy women in their 30’s & 40’s to lose unwanted pounds, get stronger, tone, get more energy, confidence and become healthier. I specialize in hip issues and lower back pain with special series of exercises to support core strength and glute engagement.

Nutritional Coaching:
- evaluation of current situation with eating habits, sleep, stress, recovery with environment and people around you
- you and I work as a team to come up with doable and sustainable changes for life
- together we make action plan how to put these changes into daily routine and tackle unexpected obstacles which might cause interruptions
- practicing the habits and helping with adjustments as necessary
- remote kitchen cleanup
- teaching how to make shopping list and staple foods
- teaching how to meal prep for busy days and how to approach inevitable obstacles which will come up sooner or later
- working with any food allergies, or special diets, digestive issues
- my approach is holistic and I am looking at you as whole with your environment, culture, heritage or traditions
