Helping people to get healthier- one person at the time

Katka Fit started after I sold Anytime Fitness in Altamonte Springs, Florida running for years.
I loved helping people and seeing what one can accomplish.
I ran personal training side for about 6 years and realized, some people need more help then they led on and some need help who are intimidated even open the gym door.
That brought up an idea of remote training and that was about 1-2 years prior to Covid and newly remote trainers flood the market.
I have been coaching v people I have never met and with my knowledge how to see the exercise form flaws even before they happens with my motivation skills and nutritional knowledge gives me great reviews and clients great results.

Work Terms

I operate in Easter Time Zone as Miami
For payments I use stripe and I use Trainerize app to deliver workout plan, nutritional plan and tracking the progress.
I am also available via that app for clients support and help.
No long term contracts are required as I believe, if you see results that is way better than contract.
I am very responsive and need 2 days to deliver the custom services.
