* 500KVA servo transformer auto turning voltage corrected for 390V AC to 410V for avoid electronics failure.

Modification.
* Power pack, grinding wheel, mist collector, conveyor and magnetic separator idle trip for power saving.
* SQF manual operation to auto running.
* SQF water circulation trip, pressure switch and fan speed low (650RPM) loudly buzzer alarm and tower lamp provide for fan bearing failure.
* Wet end few human mistake (Unsafe ACT)so accidents, PLC interlocks provide to avoid accidents.
* 1 Year once Fanuc SRAM, separate production program’s and ladder backup, Siemens CNC, Mitsubishi CNC, PLC’s and HMI backup.

* Encon project for insight washing machine, vacuum motor always on, total cycle time:12.15 minutes, vacuum on time: 40seconds, so vacuum motor only 40 seconds modification, 1.5kW motor, Rs.101040 per year save.
