* Coordinate the Official Meetings to Analyses and implement the improvement schemes for production.
* Why why analysis, FTA, ICA, PCA and PDCA Documents and daily DRM review about Department.
* In-house training for technical persons, Decrease breakdown timing training and review.
* Implementing 5S and poke yoke activity to improve the efficiency of the machines.
* Special Skills in Activities Like Kaizen and Encon Project and Awarded Many Times for These Activities.
* PM plan and Activities.
* To maintain the critical spares for the machines.
* Knowledge in SAP for PR, PO, RGP Following, Code item create, account view, info view and maintain, Reservation, Stock overview, Vendor history check.

⇒ Technical Exposure - Having PLC programming knowledge in Mitsubishi (fx series) GX Developer and Messung (XMP15) Dox Mini PLC, Allen –Bradley (Micrologix 1000) RSLogix 5000, Siemens S7-200 PLC(STEP 7), S7-1200 PLC(TIA V15), DELTA SS2 PLC (WPLSoft).
* Having HMI programming knowledge in OMRON (NB Designer), Fuji (V-SFT), Mitsubishi (GOT)
* Hands on experience in the new PLC and HMI program developing retrofitting of electrical panels.
* Having troubleshooting knowledge in Fanuc, Siemens (840D, 808D, 802D), Fagor (8037), Yaskawa (J300), Mitsubishi, Brother Machines and ABB Robot.
* All VFD working and Interfacing.
* Knowledge in Encoders, Servo Motors & Servo Amplifiers.
* Fanuc System and drive service.
