I transitioned into a Product Management role more than 5 years back (early 2019) leveraging my learnings & skills related to client and stakeholder management. Over the past five years, I have worked with international as well as internal clients. I have developed and launched B2B SaaS as well products for internal teams. 

The B2B SaaS product generated an average ARR of £3mn from 2019-22. Last year, I launched a Digital Credit Analysis tool that generated more than £8mn in new loans, which was 60% more than our internal target. This enabled us to start a much wider digital lending project this year with the view of having a single customer view and much better data reporting.

I am particularly excited by the possibility of working closely with stakeholders, understanding their concerns, mapping their current process and identifying gaps, proposing solutions in line with Product & Business vision, launching the MVP, and then iterating the product based on user feedback. Seeing your product deliver value to business users provides immense satisfaction. 

I work well with diverse set of stakeholders, collaborate cross-functionally across teams like marketing, sales, finance, legal and business, and promote a product mindset within engineering and design.
