An overview of some of my plans is given below:
Barkaat Foods (2013)
The plan was used to raise the first tranche of capital from overseas PE investors for a Chicago-based packing house of halal meats. The strategy demonstrated how to expand product coverage, pursue a B2C fresh-to-the doorstep channel, invest in brand development, and leverage PE partners’ relationships in the Middle East, and South East Asia to penetrate retail channels in those regions.
Corum Digital (2012)
The plan showed how to exploit the acquisition of a digital signage (DS) content management services provider to create a hybrid marketing communications/sales channel for in-store and mobile commerce. It recommended a multi-service strategy that integrated DS with mobile and social media platforms.
