I have an MBA from the University of Warwick in England, with further studies in finance at the Bocconi School of Management in Milan.
I create business plans that provide companies with clear and coherent strategic direction. They contain credible and enticing value propositions that are used to:
1. Secure capital from lenders and investors
2. Provide strategic clarity on resource allocation
3. Align employees with the company vision.

Barkaat Foods (2013)
Plan was used to raise the 1st tranche of funds from an Indonesian private equity firm for a Chicago-based packing house of halal meats. (see CV)
Corum Digital (2012)
Plan showed how company's acquisition of a digital signage (DS) content management services provider could be leveraged to create a hybrid marketing communications platform and sales channel.
5Senses Digital (2012)
The plan articulated how this DS network could leverage its deep understanding of premium fashion brands and retailers, and its strong creative content capabilities to be a total solutions provider for in-store marketing communications for medium to high-end fashion players.
Capgemini Consulting-UK (2010)
This plan explained how the UK Skills Funding Agency could significantly reduce capex and opex, boost delivery effectiveness, and enhance student experience by moving to a cloud-based shared services model.
I have extensive experience doing strategic planning in many sectors, including digital, mobile communications, clean-tech, construction, and hospitality.
My skill profile is anchored in strategic design, which encompasses an ability to deploy a full array of tools such as market positioning maps, competitor analysis, value chain analysis, resources and capabilities analysis, and a strategic marketing audit. I am also highly proficient in business and financial modelling, and have excellent presentation skills as I regularly present to boards and senior management teams.
Work Terms
I have a flexible work schedule that can accommodate meetings at odd hours and overseas time zones.
As for payment terms, these include setting a payment schedule tied to the achievement of mutually agreed milestones (i.e. completion of market research, approval of financial model) which vary on a project by project basis. I never expect to receive payments until the client has approved work-to date. Likewise, my clients never holdback 100% until final completion.
I communicate with my clients via landline, mobile, conference calls and video conferencing.
