I served as project manager for a number of fast growing startups, with the following forming the core of my everyday responsibilities: 1. Communicating with potential collaborators and guest blog posters with regards necessary and appropriate topics, graphics, keywords, and link building for blog posts and multimedia/social media events, 2. Outlining and scheduling every content creation phase on the editorial planner, right from conceptualization to publishing and then content syndication to websites like Medium, 3. Email campaigns management both for the company and for clients which included email content creation and funnel integration, 4. Social media and collaborator outreach on pages, groups, and pods including events scheduling for podcasts and Facebook Live, 5. Social media scheduling for all company and client social media channels and groups, 6. Overseeing various project and task progresses on Basecamp both for the company and clients, 7. Moderating Facebook groups, 8. Outlining, researching, and conceptualizing future content for the company and making sure they adhere to the quarterly milestones, and lastly but most importantly, 9. Making sure that the editorial spreadsheet is updated real-time and easy to follow for the entire team.
