Technical Competence, Information Assurance, Requirements Analysis, Information Resources Strategy and Planning, Decision Making and Project Management: As the Program Manager I served in several roles. I worked with government staffers to develop program plans, policies, and standards and I provided input to the IT capital planning process. I developed and implemented metrics for the evaluation and scoring of major and non major projects for investments. I worked with business units to establish priorities, build business cases, and establish metrics. I contributed to development and implementation of capital investment planning, e-Government, and other IT-related legislative and policy initiatives. I conducted in-depth analysis of project data, requirements and impact and I identified problem areas and determined how to resolve them. I accomplished this by leveraging human resources and assessing IT requirements to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the program.
