Highly motivated Program Manager! I have worked closely with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), the government for ten years, the Contracting field for eight years. Since 2007, I have been developing metrics and strategic plans for IT Investments and Portfolios. I conduct in-depth analysis of project data requirements for Business Cases and Portfolios, determine the problem, discuss the findings and determine how to resolve them. Possess 13 years of applied Management, Program Management, Management Analysis, Information Assurance, Requirements Analysis, Information Resources Strategy and Planning, Decision Making and Project Management. I have worked in various roles including IT Specialist, Business Analyst and Web Developer.

In these high level positions I coached and trained Project Managers and Portfolio Managers to improve their techniques and investment strategy for the selection of new Business Cases.

Work Terms
