Real Estate Expertise: As a Property Listing Admin Coordinator, I supported real estate agents with critical tasks such as:

• Property Listings Management: Generating Trakheesi permits through the Dubai Land Department portal to ensure legal publication of properties on CRM platforms.
• Documentation and Data Management: Gathering necessary documents, performing data entry, and managing inquiries from potential buyers and investors via social media, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages.
• Contracts and Compliance: Using the Dubai Brokers portal to access and manage three types of legal contracts provided by the Dubai Land Department:
  • Contract A (seller-agent agreements)
  • Contract B (buyer-agent agreements)
  • Contract F (seller-buyer transactions).
• Portal Listings: Publishing properties on leading UAE property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle. This included managing portal credits, coordinating with managers for additional credits, and resolving technical issues by liaising with support teams or scheduling meetings with account managers.

Marketing and Outreach:

• Conducted scripted cold calls, and sent bulk WhatsApp messages to gather listings for sale or rent.
